"What is Crab House Mustard (CHM)?"

CHM is more than a crab spice condiment. It's designed to be the complete crab feast flavor. It was created in our roadside hot dog cart as the signature topper for our Chesapeake Bay Dog. It had to pack a lot of crab punch without overwhelming the hot dog. We carefully crafted the recipe to go with almost any food to turn every bite into a bite-sized crab feast.
